SHIPPING TIME

Please allow 3 days for our team to pick and pack you order. Orders will be delivered between Monday to Friday. The delivery time is about 2-5 days in Europe. If some items are out of stock, we will send email to inform you.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

Free shipping only in Europe/USA. If your order ship to Europe/USA, you will get free shipping. If your order ship to out of the Europe and USA, you will be charged shipping fee and the shipping fee will be shown at the checkout page.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

PRESALE ORDER

The customer acknowledges that there is a wait time of 1-2 months for the custom product to be completed. Normally we need time to prepare new stocks.
