Refund policy
Please email us at life_euro@126.com. We will reply you within 24 hours for return or exchange. Evidence for the defective goods is necessary for us when you request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will refund or exchange the defective goods which not caused by misuse or vandalism within 3 months. We accept FREE RETURN within 30 days for the items indicated in their page.
Returns or exchanges are NEVER accepted on the following issues:
- Products involving assembly that are assembled are no longer considered to be in original condition and may not be returned under this policy.
- Products available at reduced prices are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged for product or credit.
Tips:
- Please include your order number, product names that you want to return. This is required for return or exchange.
- To find your order number, it is found in the order confirmation email that was sent to you after you completed your purchase. Please check your spam mailbox if you don't see it.
- Products need to be returned to the address that CUSTOMER SERIVCE has provided
